About the Wyoming WYDOT written test
The Wyoming knowledge test (often searched as the Wyoming permit test or Wyoming DMV test) checks that new drivers understand road signs, traffic laws and safe driving habits before getting a learner's permit. The questions come from the official Wyoming driver handbook published by the Wyoming Department of Transportation.
Wyoming applicants take an automated written test for the class of license they want, covering the Wyoming Driver License Manual, seat belt use and Wyoming driving laws, plus a vision screening. These practice questions focus on Wyoming speeds, teen license restrictions and impaired driving thresholds.
